How to annotate PDFs for shared review:


  1. Open a PDF in Acrobat and click the “Share” button in the top toolbar.

  2. Send a review invitation by adding the email addresses of your desired recipients in the Invite People panel.

  3. Select recipients that can review files, then type a message, and click “Send.”

  4. Generate a review link by expanding the Get Link panel and selecting “Review File” and then click “Create Link.”

  5. Track review activity by selecting the Home tab and selecting “Share” > “For Review.”
