Service plan FAQ

  • How many documents can I send each month?

    Usage is dependent on the plan and can be based on a per user or per transaction model. This flexibility allows us to tailor the plan to your specific use case. All plans are subject to usage limits ("Use limitations"), which is defined in the Terms & Conditions. 
  • Do you bill based on the number of documents signed?

    Billing is based on the number of users for Individual and Small Business plans. Business and Enterprise plans can be based on the number of users or number of expected transactions.
  • Can one organization have multiple Individual accounts?

    Adobe Sign for individual plans are designed for individuals requesting e-signatures. Our terms of use do not allow multiple individual accounts in an organization. Adobe Sign for small business plan are designed for 1–9 users. Our Adobe Sign for business and enterprise plans are designed for 10 or more users.
Adobe online services are available only to users 13 and older and require agreement to additional terms and the Adobe Privacy Policy. Online services are not available in all countries or languages, may require user registration and may be discontinued or modified in whole or in part without notice. Additional fees or subscription charges may apply.
