How to share PDF files with others:
- Open a PDF in Acrobat.
- Click on the Share button in the top toolbar.
- Send a review invitation by adding the email addresses of your desired recipients in the Invite People panel. Choose Recipients that can Review file, type a message, and click Send. If you’d like, you can also set a deadline and schedule a reminder before sending.
- Or generate a review link by expanding the Get Link panel. Choose Review file, then click Create Link.
- Track review activity by clicking the Home tab and choosing Shared › For Review.
