Do you bill based on the number of documents signed?
Billing is based on the number of users for Adobe Sign for individual and small business plans. Adobe Sign for business and enterprise plans can be based on the number of users or number of expected transactions.
How many documents can I send for signature?
Adobe  Sign  Individual  and  Small  Business  plans  purchased  via  Adobe.com include  150  transactions  per  user  per  year.  We  recognize  it  may  be difficult  to  gauge  an  exact  number  of  transactions  needed,  so  send  the  amount  you  need  to  in  the  first  year,  provided  that  it is in  accordance with  Adobe  Sign’s  Use  Limitations . If  you  expect  to  significantly  exceed  150  transactions  per  user  per  year,  contact  our  sales  team  (808 1890 373)  so  we  can  customize  a  plan  to  meet  your  needs.  For  the  Business  and  Enterprise  plans,  usage  is  dependent  on  the  plan  and  can  be based  on  a per user or per transaction  model.
Can one organization have multiple Individual accounts?
Adobe Sign for individual plans are designed for individuals requesting e-signatures. Our terms of use do not allow multiple individual accounts in an organization. Adobe Sign for small business plan are designed for 1–9 users. Our Adobe Sign for business and enterprise plans are designed for 10 or more users.
