Select Apply to add your signature to the signature line and preview the signed document before you approve it.
Select “Click to Sign” at the bottom to finalize your electronic signature.
Adobe Sign automatically sends you and the sender the final signed document.

Yes. Electronic signatures are legally valid and enforceable in nearly every industrialised country around the world and even less-developed countries are beginning to enact e-signature laws. In 2000, the United States passed the ESIGN Act, making e-signatures legal for virtually all uses.
